3,774 new COVID-19 cases detected in Ukraine over 24 hours – NSDC

KIEV, October 5. /TASS/. Ukrainian healthcare workers recorded 3,774 cases of the coronavirus infection over the past 24 hours which is 9% less than the values of the previous day when 4,140 infections were detected, the website of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) reported on Monday.
Over the last 24 hours, according to the agency, due to the complications caused by the coronavirus 33 people died, 1,145 patients recovered.
Over the past couple of days record highs of daily coronavirus infections have been registered in the country. The last record high of 4,661 patients was registered on October 3.
To date, 230,236 infections have been detected in the country. During this period 4,430 patients have died and 101,252 patients have recovered.
